Meet Carmen Cerami Jr

Family, and the seat his father held

Carmen runs the day-to-day at the shop. He and his father, Carmen Sr., are both Fred’s cousins. Carmen Sr. was Fred’s right-hand man for decades.

“Same standards, same answers. That is how my dad did it alongside Fred. That is how we still do it.”
