What happens after you book
Three steps from booking to driving home
-
1
We confirm
Within one business day we call or text to confirm the appointment, the service, and the vehicle. Bring keys to the front desk on the day. If you are local and need a ride home, say so then and we will plan the driver around your appointment.
-
2
We diagnose and call
A free multi-point inspection on every visit. We call with a written estimate before any wrench turns. Nothing happens without your green light.
-
3
We fix and explain
ASE-certified tech does the work. Photos texted on major findings. A 2 year / 24,000 mile parts and labor warranty applies on most repairs. Pay and go.
