Wonderful experience! My 2020 wrx broke down because i had my clutch master cylinder fail. I had it towed to Knebles because it was 1 out of the 3 shops they requested. Went with Knebles for better peace of mind since they are state certified. They received my car and called me the next day to see if the bill was okay and if they could go ahead and order the part. Within 24 hours of signing off on the work my car was finished. Everyone there was very nice, great work on my car and the fastest service i have ever received. Not the cheapest but worth the money because of quality and service. 10/10 thank you very much !

Always a pleasure sending my car to Nancy and Fred. Thought there was an issue with the air brake system, since the car is a push-start. However, after checking the battery, they confirmed it only needed a jump. This was after checking multiple times on their end. Could have also been that the battery was depleted because of the air brakes. However, because it required only a jump the service was not that expensive. If anything else comes up, I'll know exactly where to go.

Nice people, service was basic. I knew I have some issues with my car, but didn’t mention them at check in. I was happy that they did note what I needed and gave me an estimate for needed repairs. They were not pushy, which I appreciated. I had worked in the automotive industry for a few years, as a service writer and service manager, know what goes on “behind the scene”. I would definitely recommend Knebles and I will return for the needed repairs!

The most trust worthy shop in the area. Knebles is always fair and honest, while it can be a little pricey, they don’t try to upsell you on stuff you don’t need, don’t charge you for time they didn’t actually work, etc. I went to get a diagnostic for an electrical issue and authorised $200 for the 2hr diagnostic and repair, when they found the issue within 30 minutes they only charged me for the 30 minutes and the repair cost ($70). I’ll always feel great taking my car, and you should too!

This is long overdue. I had brought my car in as I knew there was something wrong significantly. Carmen helped with explaining to me the issue and how much it would be to fix it. He was very kind and personable through the whole process. He allowed me to keep my car on the lot an extra day or two until I figured out what to do. First thing I noticed when I went into the lobby is that it is meticulously well-done; you know you're in an auto shop, but it's comfortable and welcoming just like a doctor's office might need to be. The sheer amount of history in the place is stunning. Holly at the front desk handled service professionally and with humor, giving a meticulous understanding of all you need to know and everything you'll need to pay up front. These guys changed my oil, kept an eye out for arising issues with my vehicle, and left my vehicle running better than when it entered. I am very happy with the service I received. Well, it started with an inquiry to chtgpt and a phone call. I was looking for an honest mechanic . I asked chtgpt to find a mechanic with great reviews . Kneble's Auto Service Center came up . I read the reviews and the theme was the same " honest mechanic" ," friendly staff", and "patient ". So I called and spoke to a soft spoken gentleman, name Fred . He didn't hurry me . I told him I'm looking to do a Pre Purchase Inspection for a vehicle I'm interested in buying for my son . He set up the appointment. I came in and was greeted like I was family . Like I had been coming there for years . That was my first time there . The lady at the counter was so friendly and lively . She came over to me and we talked. She was sincere and wanted the best for my son. She is Fred's wife . It was a total different experience I have ever had with a mechanic and a shop ! This will be my forever place to get my car and my sons car worked on . Finally found an honest shop ☺️👍.

Went to get a tire repaired. Was told the techs were on lunch and would take care of it at 1pm. Mind you I got there around 12:30. Had no problem waiting. 1:15 I have the screw that was in my tire in my hand and was merrily on my way! They're on point and extremely reasonable. I'm new to the area but I found my shop. They lived up to the recommendation of the locals!

Greg did a great job replacing the two h11 bulbs in my 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo. These two bulbs are almost impossible to reach.

Kneble's and their techs did a great job with my recent service for new tires and brake pads replacements. Nancy was able to give me different options of tires to pick from including her preferred brand and one that was newer but priced competitively. Junior was a big help in catching a problem with the size of the new pads early and the team was able to get a replacement set of pads at no extra cost to me.
