If you own a Mercedes-Benz and looking for a service, well, look no further.
Hi, I’m Nancy at Kneble’s Auto Service Center.
We here at Kneble’s Auto have the advanced technology necessary to repair your complex vehicle.
Mercedes is operated by about a hundred or so different computers, and the proper software is needed to repair your vehicle. Mercedes is one of the most expensive cars to fix.
So make sure your auto repair center has the capability and the knowledge to diagnose and perform these repairs.
Gone by are the days when anyone with a bit of knowledge of cars can fix these complex vehicles and check out my other videos, such as software updates for vehicles. All these videos can be viewed through Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
We here at Kneble’s Auto Service Center have the technology needed to repair high-end vehicles from Porsche, Jaguar, BMW, to name a few.
So call us for your next car care need and feel comfortable that we have the ability to diagnose and repair your vehicle.
Remember, you can book online through our website or, as always, give us a call at (609) 625-3286.
Thank you for watching.
Your Mercedes Benz is equipped with a number of onboard computer systems that are responsible for the proper functioning and comfort of your vehicle. These include computer systems for emission control, transmission operation, anti-lock brakes, and airbag systems, as well as comfort controls and digital displays. Each system is unique and they are usually connected to a master control module (or computer) which allows them to operate in conjunction with one another.
These computer systems utilize sensors that provide feedback to the computer so it can make continual adjustments resulting in the smooth and efficient performance of your Mercedes Benz. Periodically, these sensors, related wiring, and control modules can fail either causing a performance issue or a system failure (such as causing the car to no longer run). Other times a related mechanical system will cause a sensor to detect that the vehicle needs attention by turning on a warning light. Typically, these computer-related failures produce trouble codes to allow our technicians to know which system is malfunctioning and help aide them in finding the root cause of the failure.
Kneble’s Auto Service Center is equipped with specialized diagnostic equipment for the diagnosis and repair of Mercedes Benz vehicles (as well as other luxury vehicles). This allows our customers to have us handle service and repairs for their vehicles without having to go to the dealership.

Frequently Asked Questions About Mercedes Benz Diagnostic Service:
Yes, we can use genuine Mercedes Benz parts. If you need a repair, your service advisor will provide you with an estimate for the repair. In cases where the quality of the parts is relatively the same and there may be a cost-saving, we will give you the option to use genuine Mercedes Benz parts or a like-quality aftermarket component. Please let your service advisor know if you have a specific preference when you drop your vehicle off for service.
It is not possible for us to tell what the nature of the Service Engine Light is, so our best recommendation is to bring the vehicle in so that we can do a diagnostic test and determine where the problem is.
If the light came on, it is likely because a sensor detected something that was outside of specifications. It could also be a sign of an intermittent problem, and we recommend bringing your vehicle in to have us run a diagnostic test to see if any trouble codes were set. Being proactive can help you avoid a potential breakdown.
