Diagnosing luxury vehicles, it requires scan tools with the capability of connecting to their complex computers.
Hi, I’m Nancy at Kneble’s Auto Service Center. Now, in 2017 Autologic and Drew Technologies, they joined forces and developed scan tools giving the independent shops the same technology that the dealerships had to include the Asian and US vehicles.
These specialized OEM factory authorized tools allow the independent shops to code, program, and provide updates that manufacturers were only capable.
The Asian, European, and US vehicles such as the MINI Cooper, Audi, Mercedes, BMW, Jaguar, Land Rover, Porsche, and Volkswagen, just to name them, require proficient technicians with the knowledge and proper equipment to scan, trace and diagnose the problem.
We here at Kneble’s Auto Service Center have that platform needed to provide a skilled service while allowing the highest quality repair to the customer, for the many services, such a diagnosing and ABS system and emission system, trouble codes that come up, the engine control modules and airbag modules.
